The sleep study is scheduled for tomorrow! Another big step that will tell us if he needs to go home on oxygen (and he probably will) and how much/how often. He's just doing so great, it is unbelievable. It's amazing that there isn't a whole lot more to tell! Nothing much has changed, we are just waiting to "get our ducks in a row", if you will. We still don't know if he will go home on a nebulizer, but that seems pretty likely as well. His morphine was weaned a little more yesterday and continues to tolerate the weaning process well. He was awake again around 8:00, so I tried the bottle and he took it all again. It won't be long now!

Things are moving along so well. AJ can't wait until you are all home and we can come visit! He keeps asking if Baby Gabriel is getting much better. It's so sweet!

Wonderful new pictures of Gabriel. He looks so big and then I looked at the photo of Josh holding him - "having the conversation" - and you remember he is a baby. Next to Dad, he looks small. Glad to hear he is doing so well!

We are so excited about Gabriel coming home soon. We can hardly wait. We will be there for all of
you and will help with anything you may need. When you write about how much we have helped you
get through this, it is really the
other way around. You and Josh have been the ones who have gotten
all of us through a very emotional
and heart wrenching time. Thank you
both for being our rocks and having
so much faith in God. He has gotten all of us through this. And
it has been a pleasure to have Justin and Kendrick around. Their
good morning and good night hugs and kisses have gotten us thru some
long days and nights. We love you
all. Gabriel get ready for tons of
hugs and kisses.

Love,
Mom and Dad

Great news about Gabriel. Things are definately moving along quickly now. I really enjoyed my visit last week and it was such a treat to hold Gabriel. He is such a sweet baby. I love the new pictures. Very very sweet. It's great that Justin and Kendrick can help out with Gabriel. Bath time must have been fun. Looking forward to the day when I read on the blog that Gabriel is home. He is a miracle.
