Radiothon Complete

...well, at least our part of it. We were really nervous when it actually came time to talk. Hopefully we didn't stumble over our words too badly. While we were sitting there, waiting for our turn to speak, I was watching the ladies waiting to answer the phones. The key word here is waiting. Hopefully the phones will pick up over the lunch hour. If you get a chance and are so inclined, the number to pledge is 1-888-745-3954. We pledged the $15 per month they are asking for. We are so blessed to have such a place so close. There were kids there from all over the world. A three hour drive doesn't seem like so much when you think about that.

It was a neat experience to share his story. The DJ even read part of "Gabriel's Song" on the air. They couldn't play it, but it was special to hear him reading it.

Hey Josh and Peg,

We heard you on the air!!! We went on the link you had posted on Gabe's blog!!! You guys did great, there is no wrong way to share Gabe's story!!! Our MIRACLE boy!!!

Lord willing, many will reach out and make the call. What a great place Gabriel was able to spend his first two months of precious life in. PRAISE THE LORD!!!

Lord, we thank you for this day. A day that many of us have an opportunity to reach out and help do great things, for your most precious little ones. Lord, we pray that it be your will, that those little ones that still remain at RILEY make great strides toward healing. We again PRAISE You Lord, for the doctors and their medical teams that are present in this WONDERFUL facility.
Lord, we know that it is because of You that they have been blessed with their WISDOM, COMPASSION, and ENDURING STRENGTH to help the children and their families. Lord, help us to understand that You are GOOD all the time, no matter what!!! AMEN

GO GABE, GO!!!

Forever F.R.O.G.ing, The Huntmans

I didn't get to hear you, because we had Amanda's 2 week check up right at that time. I was so bummed we didn't get out in time; however, I am sure you did great! We pledged the $15 per month in honor of little Gabe too.
